Client A, a bank-owned leasing company, had been selling insurance to its customers alongside the finance sale.

They were disappointed with the yield that their programme was generating, as well as the low penetration rates. They also felt that the administrative burden of the programme was proving to be a distraction for their sales team.

Client A consulted Acquis to see if their administrative burden could be reduced and their insurance revenues increased.

Acquis worked with Client A to structure an outsourced programme which was tailored specifically to their customer base and market.

By changing the method of insurance sale, Acquis significantly reduced Client A’s administrative burden, allowing their sales team to focus exclusively on growing lease volume.

As a result, Acquis were able to significantly increase fee income for Client A, generating 5.5 million of income per annum – a yield of 4.1% of finance volume.
